Product Overview
The GLOBAL CYLINDER-L19 occupies the mid-point of our large range: 45 litres, 19 kg, with a 2.8 mm shell. It is the most common large cylinder in commercial kitchens because a full cylinder holds enough gas for roughly two to three days of continuous restaurant service, which matches typical delivery cycles.
The body is manufactured on a deep-drawing press rather than by rolling and welding plate, so the shell is seamless over the barrel. Only the top and bottom domes are welded, which reduces the number of inspection-critical welds by more than half compared with a conventional fabricated design.
